We often times hear from clients who would like to speak to other customer service professionals, who are servicing on a client opportunity that they are interested in, in class for or are they are struggling with and would like some one on one help. Every client opportunity is different and while there are some general knowledge for customer service and sales, the uniqueness of the opportunity may require someone that has experience with, and is currently providing a service for that specific opportunity.

We have reached out to some of our top performing clients and asked them would they be willing to make themselves available to you. These top performers are better known as Specialists, they know the client that they service very well, some have been servicing with the same opportunity for several years and are very successful.

Please note that Open Door MultiServices does not recommend one Specialist over another nor do we have specific information on how each operate. You will have to speak directly with the Specialist to determine which one best fits your needs. My name is Ca'Drecia Brown pronounced (Ka'Dreeka). I have been with Open Door MultiServices since January of 2014. The Cruise Lines – Customer Service program is my program of choice. I began my certification in February and certified and started taking calls in March of 2014. By no means was it easy because it seemed like a lot of information to take in. I have been a work at home mom for 8 years so I've adapted to the unsupervised environment. I find myself being more motivated and tactful each day.
