To become a client with ODMS please log into the Arise portal, click the link that ask allows you to join an Arise affiliated VSC, enter EIN# 273742961 click search and you will see Open Door MultiServices click submit. Please email us at admissions@opendoormultiservices.com once you have entered the EIN#.
Switching from an existing VSC:
• Click on my info
• Click on drop/change vsc
• Enter our VSCID 31428 and click search
• When you see Open Door MultiSerivces click submit
• Email admissions@opendoormultiservices.com to let us know that you have entered the information.
